Ixiz’s sales engineer will visit client premise to consolidate the whole network idea , perform measurement and survey surrounding.

Proposal
After site survey, ixiz will propose client the appropriate hardware and software that is suitable for client network.

Deploy
Once client had confirmed, ixiz will deploy the hardware and software with project manager assigned to make sure all deployment goes smoothly.

Support
Upon deployment, within the next 7 days, ixiz will warrant all setup, hardware and software. Client could also extend this support service with our Maintenance Care services, which we will take care of your hardware and software based on annual basis.
